At Roscher Dental Group we make every effort to provide you with the finest care and the most convenient financial options.
If you have dental insurance, the coverage under your plan was independently determined by your employer and your insurance provider. Roscher Dental Group was not a party to the contract. Therefore, your dental insurance plan has a wide variety of rules and exclusions governing reimbursement of the treatment you receive that Roscher Dental Group may be unaware of.
In order to understand what out-of-pocket expenses you may incur (if any), every patient is personally responsible for contacting their insurance provider and verifying plan coverage prior to treatment. Each patient is also responsible for forwarding their dental records from their previous dentist(s) to avoid the potential need for any duplication of services that may not be covered.
Treatment recommended and provided by Roscher Dental Group is based solely on established dental and medical guidelines which advance the best interest of each patient’s own health. Roscher Dental Group does not change or impair its diagnosis and/or treatments on the possibility that fees may not be paid by your dental insurance company.
